About Fuye
Fuye Group is located in Fuyang District, Hangzhou City, along the picturesque Fuchun River. Established in August 1958 and as one of the earliest copper smelters in Zhejiang Province, Fuye Group is now the largest copper producer in the Yangtze River Delta Area with advanced automation system and equipment. As a leading non-ferrous metals manufacturer in China, its businesses include copper production, rare and precious metals refining, comprehensive utilization of polymetallic resources, as well as international and domestic trade.
In 2000, a brand-new Fuye Group was established. Since then, the Group has built a modern corporate system, fully leveraging its advantage from integrating the operational mechanism of private enterprises and the standardized governance structure and internal control system of state-owned enterprises. The Group has achieved rapid, green, low-carbon, and high-quality development. Fuye Group owns multiple subsidiaries, including Zhejiang Jiangtong Fuye Heding Copper Co., Ltd., Jiangxi Hefeng Environmental Protection and Technology Co. Ltd., Jiangxi Heli Environmental Protection and Technology Co., Ltd., Xuancheng Quanxin Mining Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Fuhe Real Estate Co., Ltd., Shanghai Fuye Copper Co., Ltd., Shanghai Fuye International Trade Co., Ltd., and Fuye (HK) International Trading Co., Ltd.. Fuye Group has over 4,000 staff members, including more than 1,100 professional technical and management personnel, and is capable of producing 800,000 tons of copper cathodes, 15 tons of gold, and 500 tons of silver annually.
From 2000 to 2024, Fuye Group's operating revenue grew from RMB 172 million to RMB 136 billion, and its total tax contribution rose from RMB 2.935 million to RMB 4.61 billion. It now ranks among the Top 500 Chinese Enterprises (199th in 2025), Top 500 Chinese Manufacturing Enterprises (96th in 2025), Top 500 Chinese Private Enterprises (67th in 2025), and Top 100 Enterprises of the Yangtze River Delta. The Group has been awarded the titles including Eagle Enterprise of Zhejiang Province, the first batch of Hangzhou's Five-Star Headquarters Enterprises and Four-star Kunpeng Enterprise.
