The copper production sector utilizes standard copper concentrate as its primary raw material. Through a sophisticated process involving side-blown smelting, fire refining, and electrolytic refining, it is capable of producing 620,000 tons of copper cathodes annually, with by-product of anode slime. By concentrating rare and precious metals such as gold, silver, and palladium, it ultimately manufactures standard products like gold ingots, silver ingots, and palladium powder.
This sector is centered on processing scrap and black copper into copper cathodes and concentrating rare and precious metals, including gold, silver, and palladium. This sector possesses an annual production capacity of 180,000 tons.
The solid waste disposal sector utilizes copper-containing sludge, sponge copper, and copper powder as primary raw materials to produce blister copper and copper anodes as well as concentrate rare and precious metals, including gold, silver, and palladium. This sector possesses an annual production capacity of 20,000 tons of blister copper with precious metals.
This sector utilizes self-produced and purchased copper anode slime as primary raw materials to extract gold, silver, palladium, platinum and other rare and precious metals. This sector possesses an annual production capacity of 15 tons of gold, 500 tons of silver and 4 tons of palladium powder.
This sector utilizes self-produced silver slag, tin-rich copper-containing dry slag, copper anode furnace flue dust, electrolytic anode sludge of blister copper (low grade), etc. as raw materials to recover valuable metals including copper, zinc, tin, lead, nickel, sulfur, gold, silver, and palladium. With an annual production capacity of 18,000 tons of zinc sulfate monohydrate, 8,000 tons of refined tin and 5,000 tons of vacuum-melted lead alloy, this sector achieves near-total utilization of mineral resources, extracting full value from the raw materials.
By leveraging equity investments in controlled and affiliated mining companies, Fuye Group builds its own raw material supply base, producing copper, molybdenum, sulfur, iron, and tungsten concentrate.
